Registered MLRO for a leading European crypto custodian preparing for full MiCA authorisation in H2 2026.
Our client is a regulated digital asset custodian with operations across the Netherlands and Germany. They are entering full MiCA authorisation and require a senior MLRO to lead the regulated function.
This is a registered, board-facing role with direct lines to the regulator.
What we are looking for
- Existing MLRO registration or eligibility in an EU jurisdiction
- Crypto or digital asset experience (custody preferred)
- Has run live conversations with DNB, BaFin, or an equivalent regulator
- Comfort being publicly named as the regulated officer
