Bastion was set up by people who had the senior seat themselves before they sat on the other side of the table. We have run trading desks, owned compliance functions, and built product organisations from a standing start.

The searches that actually matter never get advertised, and you won't find a list of our placements anywhere. There's no database either. The work happens the way it always has at the senior end: relationships kept warm over years, the right call made at the right time, and an introduction that only happens when both sides already trust the person making it.

Our work spans iGaming operators, sportsbook and trading B2Bs, crypto exchanges and custodians, Web3 protocols, and the regulated infrastructure that supports all of them. Where seniority and discretion match, we will work cross-industry - but our centre of gravity is gaming and digital assets, where the network is genuine.
