Own the casino vertical (slots, live, table) for a Malta-licensed operator with strong Nordic and DACH presence.
Our client is a profitable, founder-led operator with a casino-led brand portfolio. Following recent geographic expansion the casino function is being separated from the wider commercial team.
The Head of Casino will own product mix, supplier relationships, retention, and game lifecycle for a multi-brand portfolio.
What we are looking for
- Senior casino leadership inside a Tier-1 or fast-growing Tier-2 operator
- Deep relationships with the major slots and live suppliers
- Strong commercial instincts, comfortable owning a P&L
- Willingness to be Malta-based four days a week
