Chief Compliance Officer

Build and lead the global compliance function for a top-10 centralised exchange operating across MENA, EU, and APAC.

Our client is one of the largest centralised exchanges by spot volume, with active licences in DIFC, MAS, and several EU member states. The CCO will be a member of the executive team and report directly to the CEO.

This is a build-and-lead mandate covering AML, sanctions, market integrity, and licensing across multiple jurisdictions.

What we are looking for

  • 10+ years in financial services compliance, including 3+ years in crypto or digital assets
  • Direct experience holding a senior compliance officer registration in at least one Tier-1 jurisdiction
  • Has been the named contact with at least one of FCA, MAS, DFSA, or MiCA
  • Experience scaling a compliance function from <20 to 100+
